собственная библиотека и dllcall

написал свою библиотеку, содержащую функционал не реализуемый средствами AuAutoIt.

у меня вопрос, кто должен следить за наличием библиотеки в памяти, где должна лежать библиотека,

если можно, то хотелось бы видеть пример использования сторонней dll

все найденные мной примеры используют kernell32.dll и user32.dll которые и так присутствуют в памяти
